We update our listings several times a day. When adding a new listing or making changes to current listings on TheAutoTrust.com, you can expect your ad to be listed or corrected within 24 hours.

Do I have to pay anything to become a member on TheAutoTrust.com?

No. Becoming a member and getting a user name for our site is absolutely free. Only those who choose to post an ad for their vehicle will need to pay for each listing. Also there are no monthly dues or fees besides the amount that is required to list your vehicle.

Do I have an obligation to purchase a car if I email the seller?

Absolutely not! You can contact any seller to ask questions about their listing or set up a meeting to test drive. Please be advised that there is no assurance that the seller will answer your email or phone call. We only bring the buyer and seller together and have no guarantee or involvement in your communications.

Does TheAutoTrust.com play a part in the sales process?

First you must Register and think of a unique username and password. Once you have registered you may visit our "Sell A Vehicle" page and enter your vehicle information. From there, our site will guide you through the listing process.

What if I don't have a digital camera?

That's okay. Just take your traditional film to your local photo-processing lab and request a photo CD. Or, if you have a scanner you can turn prints into digital pictures.

How do I edit, renew or remove my ad?

Once you place an ad with us, you can visit My Account and click on Edit My Listing. From there you will sign in and be able to edit, renew or remove your ad from TheAutoTrust.com.

Do you post vehicles for sale outside the United States?

No.
